The customer resources section of the site is built to manage your interaction with the NMG Hospitality Division. There are three main areas of this section:
- Discussion Forums - Discuss improvement proposals, usage questions regarding NMG Hospitality products and services, and general news related to the hospitality industry with other NMG Hospitality customers.
- Customer Workspaces - A single place to store and retrieve information related to your company's interaction with the NMG Hospitality Division. This includes tracking of Scope Documents and allocate/used hours tracking. If you do not see any customer workspaces listed, you need to request access from your steering committee member.
- Product Workspaces - Interact with the product roadmap including submitting new proposals, commenting on existing proposals, tracking proposals as they flow through the process, view upcoming product releases, and view/submit product documentation.
