Situation:

The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau required several new initiatives to enhance its ability to market and sell its destination more cost-effectively. NMG and the GRCVB identified several key areas to build upon: a new and improved CRM application, dynamic real-time website management and a powerful digital marketing platform. NMG had the necessary solution sets already geared and suited to fit the needs and challenges of the hospitality industry.

Solution:
  • NMG installed its destination-specific CRM application, enabling GRCVB staff with improved efficiency and usability.
  • Deployed the CMS for www.visitraleigh.com, allowing for better integration between GRCVB's website and its CRM application.
  • NMG Instituted the Digital Marketing Center, enabling GRCVB staff to pro-actively communicate, market and sell to target audiences.
