Tim Storer launched New Media Gateway in 1998 with just two employees. Under his direction as president and CEO, NMG has grown from the two original employees to one of the fastest-growing new media companies in the world today. His philosophy is clear:
"I want us to create innovative products, and offer world class services and solutions for clients that result in a staggering competitive edge. We are constantly pushing ourselves to evolve our offerings to the next level, and anticipate changing trends in the business world so that we're on the leading edge."
Tim Storer also founded CDFX.com, a division of NMG, which provides CD and DVD replication services to thousands of corporations around the world producing upwards of 3,000,000 units per month. Mr. Storer is also the co-founder of MeetingsCentral.com, a revolutionary online travel system for meeting planners powered through a partnership with Hotels.com.
Storer's contributions in the field of new media technology have been lauded in multiple forums. He was honored as an outstanding young business leader in 2001 by TechBiz Magazine. He has been featured on ABC News and CNN, as well as featured on the front page of The Washington Times for his expertise in digital media marketing. In 2005, he was nominated by Dallas Business Journal as one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under the age of 40. Additionally, New Media Gateway was named to the Dallas 100, a prestigious list of Dallas' fastest-growing private companies, as awarded by the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, The CEO Institute, as well as Dallas Business Journal.
Tim graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Engineering and Mathematics, and also attended the Executive MBA program at SMU. He is also on the board of directors for the Entrepreneur Organization, as well as the Dallas All Sports Association, and is a director of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra's marketing committee.
